Cercare Mobile is a case-notification and team-coordination companion for radiologists and clinical teams. When Cercare's on-premise processing platform at your hospital finishes analysing a scan, you get a push notification and can preview pre-rendered images and maps — including plain CT, CT angiography, CT perfusion, ASPECTS and LVO findings, MR images, MR angiography and MR perfusion maps — depending on your institution's Cercare configuration.

The app is explicitly NOT a diagnostic tool. Every image-viewing screen carries an "For informational purposes only — refer to PACS for diagnostic review" disclaimer. Cercare Mobile is a fast case-awareness and coordination layer that sits on top of your existing PACS workflow; it does not replace it.

What's inside

• Pre-rendered image and map previews — CT perfusion, ASPECTS, LVO findings, CTA rotation, MR perfusion, depending on your Cercare on-premise configuration • Team coordination: per-case chat with attached images, on-call routing, read/unread state • Push notifications scoped per study, with batching and deduplication during high-frequency notification windows

Security and data flow

DICOM studies are processed in-hospital. A locally-running Cercare agent extracts derived PNG images and JSON metadata only — raw DICOM never leaves the hospital network. Derived data is pushed over TLS to Cercare Medical A/S infrastructure (AWS eu-north-1, Cloudflare-proxied), behind JWT authentication and institution-scoped role-based access control. The mobile app caches no patient images locally, stores no PHI on the device, and supports biometric unlock plus configurable auto-lock to satisfy hospital session-timeout policies.

Hospital-employed radiologists, stroke physicians, and other clinicians at institutions running Cercare's on-premise processing platform.

Not intended for diagnostic interpretation, primary image review, patients, or general consumers. This app is professional clinical tooling and requires institutional credentials to function.
