Features & Capabilities

Valence Lab is a thoughtful molecular puzzle built around valence bonds, rotation, and limited energy. Each experiment places nodes on a grid with outgoing bonds. Tap a node to rotate it until every connection closes and the reaction stabilizes. The rules stay simple, but the puzzles grow deep as new mechanics appear.

Match colored bonds to the same type. Sealed nodes stay fixed until a neighbor is fully bonded. Pivot nodes rotate adjacent nodes with them. Heavy cores with three or four bonds cost double energy per turn. You work within a move budget, aim for par efficiency, earn up to three stars, and use three rewinds when a plan needs correction.

Campaign offers forty-five named experiments across three research chapters, each with its own briefing and difficulty twist. Daily Reaction delivers one shared challenge every calendar day with a local best score. Free Laboratory generates endless puzzles on compact, standard, or advanced grids for practice without pressure.

Track your rank, streak, and stats in the Research Archive, and unlock entries in the Element Catalog as you clear experiments. No timers and no rush—just observation, planning, and satisfying chain reactions.
