Shared itineraries, trip progress, packing lists, and selected tickets stay in sync through Apple’s iCloud sharing. • Assign a companion as an Editor or Viewer • Editors can update the itinerary; Viewers can follow along, complete trip moments, and manage their own packing items • Choose whether to share seats, confirmations, passes, packing, and lists • Passport and identity documents are never included in companion sharing • The person who invites the group needs TravelOrbit Plus; invited companions join free

With TravelOrbit Plus, Live Activities, the Dynamic Island, and Apple Watch keep the next step visible without repeatedly opening the app. Live flight updates can refresh delays, cancellations, departure and arrival times, gates, terminals, and baggage details when available.

ASK YOUR TRIP On supported iPhones, the TravelOrbit Plus assistant can answer questions such as “What’s next?”, “When do I board?”, or “Where am I staying Tuesday?” Answers are generated privately on-device using Apple Intelligence.
