With this app, citizens can report local issues, share community updates, find public contact details, and follow discussions about public concerns.

समुदायका समस्या रिपोर्ट गर्नुहोस् स्थान, वर्ग, विवरण र फोटोसहित समस्या रिपोर्ट गर्न सकिन्छ। रिपोर्ट सम्बन्धित स्थानीय सरकारको कार्यालयमा र आवश्यक भएमा मन्त्रालय वा विभागमा पठाउन सकिन्छ।

Report community issues Submit reports with location, category, description, and photos. Reports can be sent to the relevant local government office and, if needed, to a ministry or department.

अधिकारी/admin प्रक्रिया सम्बन्धित अधिकारीहरूले आधिकारिक इमेलबाट लगइन गरी आफूलाई पठाइएका रिपोर्टहरू हेर्न, स्थिति अपडेट गर्न, नोट थप्न र प्रतिक्रिया समन्वय गर्न सक्छन्।

Authority/admin workflow Authority users can log in with their official email to view routed reports, update status, add notes, and coordinate responses.

इमेल OTP लगइन यस संस्करणमा सचेत नागरिकले इमेल OTP verification प्रयोग गर्छ। SMS OTP सुविधा भविष्यमा थप्ने योजना छ।
