QR Lens optimises for understanding what's actually in the code — useful when you're testing your own QR generator, auditing what a vendor printed on a label, or saving evidence of what a code contained at a specific moment.

Supports every common optical code QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, EAN-8/13, UPC-A/E, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, ITF, Codabar, and GS1 DataBar variants. Detection uses Apple's Vision framework — no third-party SDKs, no telemetry.

Export to JSON, Markdown, or Excel Generated on your device using the system share sheet. JSON for tooling, Markdown for notes apps, Excel for spreadsheets. Optionally include the captured image. We don't move your data anywhere — the share sheet hands the file to whichever app you pick.

What we don't do No URL preview. No SKU lookup. No "earn rewards." No location collection. No analytics on what you scan or how you use the app. The only network request the app makes is a once-per-day version check that includes an opaque random hash so we can count how many devices have the app installed — no payload, no behaviour, no identity.

Privacy is documented, not just claimed See the privacy details on the App Store listing and the embedded PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest. The Device ID we collect for the daily count is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
