■ REQUIREMENTS

• An iPhone running iOS 13.0 or later
• 18 years of age or older
• An active Iraqi phone number
• A valid driving license and national ID (for account approval)
• Registered TukTuk ownership or driving authorization

■ GETTING STARTED

1. Download the app and create a new driver account.
2. Upload your verification documents for account approval: ID, driving license, and photos of your TukTuk.
3. Wait for admin review (usually within 24 hours).
4. Complete the registration fee via WAYL or with your local agent.
5. Sign in, tap "Go Online," and start receiving rides.

■ LOCAL AGENT NETWORK

Every area has an authorized agent to help you with:

• Completing registration and paying fees
• Topping up your wallet with cash
• Resolving financial and technical issues
• Providing support in your local language

■ PRIVACY & SECURITY

• All transmitted data is encrypted over a secure HTTPS/TLS connection.
• Your personal documents are kept in private storage accessible only to authorized admin staff.
• You can request deletion of your account and data from within the app at any time.
• We never sell driver data to any third party.
• Authentication uses a 6-digit PIN protected with bcrypt on the server.

■ LOCATION PERMISSIONS

The app uses background location to share your live position with your assigned rider during a trip only, and to calculate fares accurately. Location sharing stops automatically when the trip ends or your account goes offline.
