Sookta helps farmers and field researchers assess ergonomic posture risk during agricultural and garden-work activities. The app uses work-posture photos, activity information, and ergonomics reference criteria to present risk level, affected body areas, basic recommendations, and estimated economic impact.

The app is designed to be simple for farmers and useful for field officers. Users can choose an activity, take or select a posture photo, and let the app prepare an initial assessment from readable body posture.
