Medicine Box Notes is a local health record app for families. It helps organize family members' medical visits, prescriptions, exam attachments, and home medicines in one place.

Main features:

• Record visits by family member, including diagnosis, doctor's notes, follow-up date, and attachments.
• Add photos from camera or photo library for medical records, prescriptions, exam reports, and medicine boxes.
• Use on-device OCR to help organize text and copy prescription medicines into the family medicine box.
• Manage medicine name, dosage, frequency, duration, stock, notes, and source record.
• Search local records, keep follow-up reminders, and export a single medical record as PDF.
• Store data locally or in the user's selected iCloud container.

Privacy and safety: Medical records are stored on the device or in the user's selected iCloud container. OCR and organization features work from local records.
