Rescue Operator is the operational app designed for rescue organizations and emergency response teams. It enables real-time coordination of operators, shifts and on-site interventions.

KEY FEATURES

• Shift management View your assigned shifts and the team roster, and confirm attendance with a single tap. Need to swap a shift? Request a change and let an available colleague take your place.

• Availability status Set your status (available on site, available off site, unavailable, vacation, sick leave) and keep it up to date independently. Operational statuses (assigned, on scene) are managed automatically by the dispatch center.

• Operational recalls Receive an immediate, call-style alert when the dispatch center needs your team — even when your phone is locked. Accept or decline with a single tap. On acceptance, the app handles everything: status update, location sharing and intervention details.

• GPS location tracking When you accept a recall, your location is shared in real time with the dispatch center to coordinate the team's arrival at the intervention site. Tracking stops automatically when the intervention ends, or can be stopped manually at any time.

• Active intervention details See at a glance the intervention location, the assigned squad, the other operators on duty and operational details provided by the dispatch center.

• Map and reports Find the nearest hydrant on the map and send geolocated reports to the dispatch center, including reports that require an intervention.

• Vehicles and inventory Consult vehicle rescue sheets, add notes to vehicles and warehouse items, and run maintenance checklists.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

GPS location is collected exclusively during a recall explicitly accepted by the operator, and shared only with your organization's dispatch center. No location data is ever shared with third parties.

All operational and personal data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to the app is protected by individual credentials issued by your organization.

INTENDED AUDIENCE

This app is restricted to authorized operators of rescue organizations. Access requires credentials issued by the organization (self-registration is not available).
