Niagara Quest Service is designed as a premium digital companion for guests staying in Prelux apartments near Niagara Falls. The app extends the reception experience into the guest room, giving each visitor a calm and convenient way to manage useful parts of the stay from a personal iPhone.

The guest flow is simple and intentional. A guest arrives at reception, completes the regular check in process with the Prelux team, and receives a QR code for the app when the apartment supports the service. After installing the app, the guest only confirms the apartment number and may enter a name. The name is optional, and if it is left blank the app uses Guest by default. This helps the staff understand which apartment needs service without asking the guest to create a separate app account.

The app brings dining, service requests, room comfort controls, saved favorites, and local discovery into one polished experience. Guests can browse the room dining menu, review meal details, adjust quantities, place an order for delivery, and follow the order status inside the app. They can also request housekeeping, fresh towels, laundry pickup, a wake up call, or other available guest services in a direct and organized way.

For supported apartments, room devices can work through Bluetooth settings in the app as well as through the physical remotes already available inside the apartment. The app is an additional helper for guests who want quick access from their phone or who cannot find a remote at the moment. Lighting presets, temperature, privacy mode, television state, and curtains can be adjusted from a clean control screen when Bluetooth is available.

Niagara Quest Service also helps guests discover nearby Niagara highlights. The Falls Compass section presents selected places around the area with descriptions, walking context, map access, and saved places. Guests can keep favorite dishes and locations in one saved space so the most useful choices are easy to find again during the stay.

The app includes analytics to help improve the guest experience. Analytics events measure app usage such as screen visits, button taps, dining actions, service request flow, map interactions, Bluetooth readiness, room control usage, and technical device context. This helps the team understand what guests use most and where the app can become smoother, clearer, and more reliable.

Niagara Quest Service does not include direct user registration or a guest account sign up flow. The app only asks for an apartment number and an optional name so the Prelux staff can identify where a request or order should be delivered. If the name is not provided, Guest is used automatically. These guest details are stored locally on the device for convenience and are not shared with third parties.
