When a worker starts a prep, Prept uses the task, equipment details, resource titles, tags, summaries, and previous usage to suggest the most relevant resources for that job. Instead of searching through folders, intranets, inboxes, or old messages, workers can open the guide, reference, form, or checklist they need from one place.

Prept is built for real work across many industries, including trades, field service, facilities, maintenance, construction, compliance, operations, and technical teams.
