Dhaakir - ذاكر

Dhaakir is a simple Islamic reminder for working professionals and the general public. It is a tracking app designed to help Muslims stay consistent with salah and dhikr during a busy day.

The app provides reminders, manual tracking buttons, a dhikr counter, and a daily progress meter. Dhaakir does not automatically detect whether a prayer or dhikr has been completed. All progress shown in the app depends completely on the user manually recording their completed actions.

How the progress meter works The daily progress meter only updates when the user manually records an activity inside the app. For example, after completing Fajr prayer, the user must press the Fajr button to record it. The same applies for Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha. Dhikr activities must also be manually recorded by the user. After completing a dhikr task or repetition goal, the user must press the relevant button or use the counter inside the app to record progress. If the user does not manually record a prayer or dhikr activity, the progress meter will not increase or show that activity as completed.
