You set things up once. They open the app the way they always have. From that day on, only the people you've approved can reach them.

You manage who can reach them from a separate admin web app (admin.mailicity.com). Add their friends and relatives to the allowlist; anything from anyone else lands in a moderation queue for you to review.

No new email address to learn. Mailicity works alongside their existing inbox — or replaces it entirely, your choice.
