QwikBus Co-Pilot is the on-board companion app for bus crews — drivers, conductors, and supervisors — operating long-distance services for bus operators that use the QwikBus platform. ABOUT QWIKBUS QwikBus is a Global Distribution System (GDS) for the bus industry. We provide booking, inventory, and operations infrastructure to bus operators, so they can sell tickets across multiple sales channels and manage their fleet in real time. We do not operate buses ourselves. WHO USES THIS APP QwikBus Co-Pilot is installed on the personal phones of staff hired by the bus operator — the driver and the on-board attendant — who actually run the trip on the road. It is not a passenger app and is not available for use by the general public. WHAT THE APP DOES

1. REAL-TIME TICKET UPDATES • View the live passenger manifest for the active trip, sourced directly from the operator's QwikBus inventory. • Receive an instant alert with a custom sound the moment a new ticket is booked — including last-minute walk-up sales the back office has just confirmed. • See cancellations as they happen, so a cancelled seat is never given to its original passenger by mistake. • Passengers booked together on a single PNR are grouped, so families and parties can be handled as one.
2. ACCURATE BOARDING & DROP GPS PIN-DROPS • Each scheduled boarding point and drop-off point can be re-pinned by the crew on the ground, with one tap, using the bus's current GPS location. • Corrected pin-drops flow back into the QwikBus inventory immediately, so the next passenger who books a ticket from that stop sees the right address and walks to the right spot. • This is how the QwikBus operator network keeps boarding-point accuracy high across thousands of stops, without any manual map work in the back office.
3. ON-ROAD OPERATIONS • Mark each passenger as boarded or dropped with a single tap. A short confirmation timer prevents accidental changes. • Report passengers who didn't show up — the seat is released back to the inventory automatically. • Update a passenger's boarding or drop point on the spot when the customer requests a change at the bus stand. • Tap to call a passenger directly from the manifest, with optional DID routing for operator privacy. PERMISSIONS WE USE • Location (While Using / Always) — to set accurate GPS pins for boarding and drop points and to report the bus's live position to the operator's tracking system. Background location keeps the trip's live position accurate while the driver is driving and the phone is locked. • Push Notifications — to alert the crew the instant a new ticket is booked, cancelled, or moved to a different boarding point. • Microphone, Camera — not used. REQUIRES OPERATOR-ISSUED ACCESS The app is sign-in only. Crew members log in with the mobile number that the bus operator has pre-registered against their staff record on QwikBus.
