MyC is the resident app for your building.

Instead of chasing flyers, paper notices, and scattered WhatsApp groups, MyC gives every resident one calm place for everything that happens in the building.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Building notices Read announcements from your building management — water shut-offs, lift maintenance, parking changes, community events. Everything in one feed, by date.

• From neighbours A community feed for your building only. Ask for a recommendation, share an update, or organise something with the floor next door. Every resident is verified by apartment.

• Marketplace Buy and sell with neighbours you trust. Furniture, electronics, kids' gear — items move faster between neighbours than on classifieds, and pickup is just an elevator ride away. Active and Sold tabs keep your listings organised.

• Events Community events with simple RSVPs — pool parties, residents' meetings, kids' activities, casual get-togethers. See who's going.

• Maintenance requests Report an issue to building management — broken AC, leaking sink, broken fixtures. Add a title, description, and location. Track the status of every request you've raised, from New to In Progress to Resolved.

VERIFIED, NOT PUBLIC

MyC isn't a social network. Every account is tied to a specific building and apartment, approved by your building manager. No strangers, no spam, no advertising.
