After a few weeks of journaling you'll start to see your patterns: who keeps showing up, where you keep going back to, what feelings dominate which days of the week, what elements (water, flying, snakes, exams) keep returning. On January 1, or any time after you've saved 30 dreams, you can render a private "Year in Dreams" snapshot to share — counts and tags only, never the dream text itself.
