Most weather apps tell you the wind is from 270°. Relative Wind Compass shows you an arrow pointing where the wind is coming from, relative to where you're facing right now. Turn, and the arrow moves. Cross-reference with your runway, your treestand, your firebreak, your launch site, no mental math.

NINE MODES, ONE ARROW

• BASIC — Just the wind. Direction, speed, the relative arrow. Nothing else. • FLIGHT — Headwind and crosswind components for any runway. METAR plus winds aloft, density altitude, Zulu time, heading bug. • HUNTING — Scent-direction compass, sunrise countdown, moon phase, still-air indicator, wind-shift alerts. • BURNING — Fire-spread direction, gust delta, relative humidity and temperature, a tap-to-copy dispatch radio call, and a red banner when conditions move out of prescription. • SAILING — Apparent wind when you're moving, Beaufort force, point of sail, veer/back detector. • DRONE — Go / Caution / No-Go from your aircraft's wind and gust limits. DJI, Skydio, and Autel presets built in. • FREE FLIGHT — Flyable / Marginal / No-Fly status, optional launch-direction alignment for paragliders and hang gliders. • HOT AIR BALLOON — Winds-aloft layers (3k, 6k, 9k, 12k ft) shown directly. Steering hints when the layers diverge. • MARINE — Beaufort plus sea state, small-craft, gale, and storm advisories.

WEATHER YOU CAN TRUST

Live surface conditions come from Apple's WeatherKit. Airport METARs and winds-aloft forecasts come from the FAA's aviationweather.gov. Barometric pressure reads from your iPhone's built-in altimeter. Everything is true-referenced, not magnetic.

ALERTS, FORECAST, FEELS-LIKE

Active National Weather Service alerts, Red Flag warnings for burn crews, Small Craft Advisories for sailors, severe-weather alerts for everyone — surface at the top of every screen. A one-hour wind forecast lives next to the live reading. Wind chill and heat index update with the data.
