Instead of offering generic video tutorials, the app focuses on personal reflection by letting you document specific dance styles, body focus areas, and form observations to build a private history. Each saved practice session and generated summary consumes 50 in-app coins, which are available through consumable coin packs in the store.

Many dancers finish a grueling hour in the studio only to forget their teacher’s specific corrections or their own physical breakthroughs by the time they get home. Liga solves this "memory fade" by providing a structured check-in flow where you select your dance style—from Jazz and Hip-hop to Ballet or K-pop—and pinpoint specific focus areas such as arm lines, rhythm, or center of gravity. By choosing up to three form observation areas like posture, shoulder alignment, or ankle stability, the app processes your input through local templates to provide immediate practice summaries and specific "Next Cues" to keep your improvement consistent. This mechanism turns a simple "I practiced today" into a detailed map of your technical evolution.

The app tracks your consistency through a visual calendar and a badge system that celebrates milestones like a 3-day streak or hitting your first 100 minutes of movement. You can attach a photo from your session to your record for a private visual history, though these images remain strictly for your personal reference and are not used for any external analysis. Everything from your frequent dance styles to your most-watched form areas is summarized in the history tab, helping you see exactly where your energy is going over weeks and months. This data-driven approach allows you to identify which styles you are neglecting and which physical habits require more attention.
