Pillbox is a private medication tracker for people who would rather not let an advertising company watch them take their pills.

Every medication, dose, and history record lives on your iPhone with file-level encryption. There is no cloud account, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no backend we control. Your prescription data simply has nowhere to go.

WHAT PILLBOX DOES • Scans a US prescription bottle with the camera. Vision OCR runs on-device. No image leaves your phone. • Cross-checks the result against a bundled dictionary derived from NLM RxNorm, DailyMed, and openFDA NDC — all public-domain US data, baked into the app. • Reminds you to take each dose with iOS time-sensitive notifications and tap-to-confirm actions. • Tracks adherence over 30 days with a Weekly trend chart you can share with your doctor. • Generates a clean monthly PDF report you can hand to your prescriber. • Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen show next-due doses and adherence at a glance. • Siri shortcut "I took my Pillbox dose" logs your latest medication hands-free.
