HOW IT WORKS

3. Choose Your Length and Rhythm Run your test for 3 days, 1 week, or 4 weeks. Track daily, weekly, or on specific days.

4. Check In and Log Mark occurrences as “Done”, “Minimum”, or “Skipped”, which is treated as valuable data, not failure.

5. Reflect and Learn Review insights at the end of the experiment and decide whether to continue, modify, or archive the routine.
