WORK ORDERS AND RESOLUTION • Clients and facility teams submit work requests and report issues • Operations teams assign, manage, and resolve work orders • Track status, priority, response time, and supporting evidence • Surface overdue work before it breaches an SLA

COMPLIANCE AND OUTCOMES • Track site performance against contract KPIs • Review scores, exceptions, and the evidence behind them • Give authorized contractor and client users the visibility they need • Produce compliance reports for review and sign-off by both sides
