Mahjong Dominion reimagines Mahjong tiles as instruments of strategic warfare. Every card holds hidden stats — attack power, defense strength, energy cost, elemental type, and directional influence. Your mission: read the battlefield, deploy the right cards at the right time, and crush your CPU opponent through tactical mastery.

GAMEPLAY: Each battle begins with both you and the CPU drawing Mahjong cards from a shared deck. On your turn, select up to 3 cards from your hand and deploy them. Every card costs energy, so you must balance power with resource management. The CPU responds with its own tactical play, and the round resolves based on attack vs. defense calculations, type effectiveness, and combo bonuses.

FOUR SUITS, FOUR STRATEGIES: • Dragon — Maximum attack power. Built for aggressive, high-damage plays. • Phoenix — Balanced attack and defense. The versatile all-rounder. • Turtle — Highest defense multiplier. Outlast your opponent with stability. • Tiger — Strong attack with combo potential. The specialist's choice.

TYPE EFFECTIVENESS SYSTEM: Every card carries an attack type (Strike, Pierce, Crush, Surge) and a defense type (Shield, Absorb, Deflect, Evade). Matching your attack against the right defense grants a 50% damage bonus — but a mismatch costs you 30%. Reading your opponent's cards is key.

COMBO CHAIN SYSTEM: Deploy cards strategically to trigger powerful combos: • Suit Chain — Play 2+ cards of the same suit for up to +50% damage. • Cross Strike — Combine North and South direction cards for +30% attack. • Fortress — Pair East and West cards for +30% defense. • Blitz — Dragon + Tiger fusion for +35% attack. • Iron Wall — Turtle + Phoenix barrier for +40% defense. • Harmony — All four directions in one play for massive bonuses and full stability recovery.

STABILITY METER: Both players have a stability meter that shifts with each round. Win rounds to build stability; lose rounds and watch it crumble. If your stability hits zero, the battle is over — regardless of score.

FOUR BATTLE MODES:

1. Strategy Duel — A 10-round tactical showdown against the CPU. Outscore your rival to claim victory.
2. Survival Mode — An endless gauntlet where the CPU grows smarter every 3 rounds. How long can you last?
3. Logic Arena — You have exactly 15 moves. No stability pressure. Pure score optimization and combo mastery.
4. Time Rush — A 60-second blitz. Play fast, chain combos quickly, and maximize points before the clock runs out.

CPU OPPONENT: The CPU adapts across three difficulty levels. At Level 1, it plays randomly. At Level 2, it prioritizes high-attack cards. At Level 3, it evaluates every possible combination to find the optimal play. In Survival Mode, the CPU levels up every 3 rounds.

POST-BATTLE ANALYSIS: After every match, review a detailed breakdown of your performance — rounds won, total damage dealt, win rate, average damage per round, combos landed, and your best combo. Earn performance ratings from D (Apprentice) to S (Mahjong Grandmaster).

PROGRESSION: • Unlock Logic Arena by winning 3 Strategy Duels. • Unlock Time Rush by reaching Round 5 in Survival Mode. • High scores are saved for every mode. • Track your total games played, total wins, and best survival round.
