Browse an exercise library with instructions, muscle and equipment tags, then add exercises to your own plans.

Right Gym Buddy is built for real gym use. You can edit a session while training, swap busy equipment, skip exercises, add finishers, use a simple timer, and keep tracking even when the network is unavailable. Sign in when you want sync, backup, plan sharing, and friend activity.

Share workout plan links so friends can open and import your plans. Create session summaries for WhatsApp, Instagram, or other apps. Connect with friends in-app to see shared workout activity, likes, and comments based on privacy settings.
