Biojrnl is a private health journal. You write things down as they happen, in your own words, and it keeps them for you.

WHAT YOU CAN KEEP

Symptoms, in your own words, on the day. Medications, with the dose, when you take them and why you started, and a reminder if you want one. Appointments, with the questions you want to ask beforehand and what was said afterwards. Vaccinations, with the dates. Test results, typed in and kept. Documents and letters, photographed once so you can stop keeping the shoebox. Emergency information, for anyone who might need it.

FOR SOMEONE YOU CARE FOR

Keep a separate record for a parent, a child or anyone else you look after, kept apart from your own.

SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE

Give a carer or a family member access to specific parts of a record, and change or remove that access whenever you want. It is your record, and you decide who sees which part of it.

WHAT BIOJRNL DOES NOT DO

There is no AI in Biojrnl. Nothing reads what you write, nothing is trained on it, and nothing summarises you back at yourself. It does not connect to a watch, a ring or any other app. There are no adverts and nothing is sold to anybody.

PRIVACY

What you write is held in an encrypted database on your own phone. It reaches our servers only if you turn on backup, and you can turn that off.
