VDAT

VDAT is the Volunteer Data Acquisition Tool for the San Bernardino National Forest Adopt-A-Trail program.

Volunteers can use VDAT to record service hours, view workday history, display an attendance QR code, register youth volunteers, and receive program announcements.

Authorized club liaisons and trail leaders can create and manage workdays, scan volunteer QR codes, add guests, manage attendance, plan future workdays, request tools, collect RSVPs, and review club participation.

VDAT supports offline workday operations in areas with limited cellular service. Attendance and workday information can be synchronized when a connection becomes available.

Program administrators can review volunteer participation, manage approvals, coordinate program opportunities, and generate official volunteer documentation.

VDAT is intended for authorized San Bernardino National Forest Adopt-A-Trail volunteers and participating organizations. An approved account and affiliated volunteer club may be required to access certain features.
