Wax Cache is designed around how collectors actually store cards, so you can find what you own without digging through stacks or searching old photos.

Scan and add cards quickly. Use your camera to capture cards, save front and back images, and keep important details with each card. AI will fill out the details such as names, sets, numbers, years, variants, conditions, and more.

Use pricing tools to understand your collection. Wax Cache helps estimate card values, track collection value over time, and spot changes across your inventory. See totals, trends, profit and loss, cost basis, and individual card value history so you can make better decisions about what to hold, sell, trade, or organize next.

Organize your collection with boxes, locations, filters, and search. Find cards by player, character, set, year, condition, card type, box, location, price, and collection status. Wax Cache makes it easier to answer: Where is this card? What did I pay? What is it worth now? Which box is it in? What should I list next?

Create printable QR labels for your boxes. Each box can have a QR code that links directly back to that box in Wax Cache. Put labels on storage boxes, binders, cases, and shelves so you can scan a physical container and jump straight to the matching digital inventory.

Share parts of your collection without exposing everything. Make selected boxes public, create shareable links, and show cards to friends, buyers, collectors, and trade partners. Public box links are useful for trade nights, card shows, marketplace listings, and collection showcases.

Use eBay listing tools to move faster when it is time to sell. Wax Cache has direct links to eBay to view recent sales and active listings. Connect your eBay account to list a card, or a card lot, in just a few clicks.
