Practice Movement Studio

Practice is a space to come back to yourself. A place to move, breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Located in Cranbrook, Practice offers yoga, breathwork, and movement experiences designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, and create space for real, lasting change. Whether you’re stepping onto your mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, you are welcome here.

Our classes range from slow and restorative to more dynamic, strength building styles. Many are offered with infrared heat, adding a layer of warmth that supports release, circulation, and ease in the body. Each class is intentionally guided, with options and encouragement to help you move in a way that feels right for you.

At Practice, there is no expectation to perform or keep up. This is not about being the most flexible or the most experienced person in the room. It’s about showing up, paying attention, and building a relationship with yourself over time.

What we offer goes beyond the physical practice. This is a space for healing, growth, and meaningful connection. A space where you can take a breath, slow down, and feel supported in whatever season you’re in.
