ReShape Team is the staff operations app for fitness studios and personal-training businesses. It gives coaches, head coaches and studio administrators a single place to run the working day — sessions, attendance, member progress, client communication and internal admin.

Accounts are issued by studio management. There is no public sign-up; staff sign in with credentials provided by their employer.

TODAY AND DASHBOARD See what is next on your floor: upcoming sessions with member names, session type and location, and inline attendance marking. Switch to the dashboard for wins, tasks due, renewals, birthdays, new members, active injuries and members who have broken their attendance streak.

SCHEDULE Navigate week by week across locations. Each session shows time, type, coach, capacity and booked members. Mark attendance per member, complete sessions, log an injury from session context, add a member to a session, or broadcast a message to everyone booked in.

MEMBER RECORDS A searchable directory filtered by status, location or assigned coach, with alert badges for injuries, overdue tasks and broken streaks. Each member profile holds contact and membership details, body composition metrics, adherence score, session history, progress photo sets, coaching notes and recorded wins.

COACHING CHAT Persistent one-to-one threads between a coach and their assigned members, plus direct messages between staff. Send text, voice notes and media. Real-time delivery and unread counts, with push notifications that open the relevant thread.

TASKS Create and assign coaching tasks with type, priority, assignee, due date and linked member. Filter by to do, overdue, urgent, in progress and done. Complete tasks with action notes.

ROTA AND LEAVE A weekly grid of every coach's shifts with total hours, filtered by role. Staff submit annual, sick, personal or training leave requests with a session impact preview, and management approves or rejects them.

LEADS AND CONSULTATIONS A simple pipeline for prospective members with source, stage and notes. Call a lead, save them to contacts, book a consultation and log the outcome.

MERCHANDISE ORDERS Record merchandise orders against a member and track fulfilment. Payment is handled at the studio — no payment is taken in the app.

INCIDENT REPORTING Health and safety incident logging with incident and hazard types, severity levels, injured person and witness details, immediate action taken, and an open to closed status workflow.

TEAM MANAGEMENT Administrators maintain the staff directory, roles, locations and avatars.

BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD iPad runs a dedicated layout with persistent side navigation and multi-column views, so the studio desk and the coaching floor both get a layout that fits.
