I was really excited to take advantage of the free lifetime offer, but unfortunately, I’m blocked from doing so. Another family member had already claimed this in-app purchase on this device. Because the IAP seems to be tied to the device rather than the Apple ID, I’m completely unable to redeem the offer for my own account. I truly hope the developer considers updating this policy so that lifetime access is tied to individual Apple IDs instead of physical devices. I’d love to fully enjoy the app and update my rating once this is resolved!
