Write out thoughts, fears, arguments, doubts, and feelings as if you were having a real conversation inside your head. This format helps you see the situation more clearly, reduce internal noise, and come to calmer decisions.

— Balance indicator A special line between the columns shows how balanced the dialogue remains. If one side begins to overwhelm the other, you'll notice it immediately.

— Gentle reminders If you've been speaking only in a logical or emotional voice for too long, the app will gently suggest that the other party speak.

— Insight analysis After a series of messages, The Split Self - Dialogue helps you identify: • the main internal conflict • a possible balance between feelings and reason
