Neighborhood Chat is the private neighbor app for residential communities where owners, guests and cleaning staff speak different languages.

Write in your language — the app translates automatically so everyone can follow along. No more scattered group chats and manual translations.

WHO IS IT FOR? Neighborhood Chat is for closed communities: apartment complexes, holiday homes and housing associations. You need an invite code from your administrator to join. This is not an open social network.

LIVE TRANSLATION • Write in your language — read others' messages translated into yours • Eight languages: Danish, English, Spanish, Norwegian, French, Dutch, German and Belgian • Tap "Show original" or "Understand better" to refine a translation • Works in community chat, threads and private messages

COMMUNITY CHAT • One shared chat for important messages to all active residents • Topics and threads for pool, maintenance, social events and more • Private messages between residents • Push notifications for new messages • Attach photos, videos and documents

TOPICS & DOCUMENTS • Pool with live temperature • Area rules and important documents • Board section with optional anonymous posts • Nearby attractions and recommendations • File sharing and gallery per topic

FOR OWNERS • Personal guest page with practical info (Wi‑Fi, key box, access, etc.) • Invite guests with a guest code — host approves the stay • Guest stay calendar • Plan flights and airport parking/car service • Manage cleaning accounts and order cleaning jobs • Cleaners can document completed jobs with photos

FOR GUESTS • Read practical info in your own language • Chat with your host and residents • Request a new stay and update flight details • View shared rules and community topics

GATE & DELIVERY • Get notified when there is a package, guest or other visit at the gate • Gate QR code — couriers can notify you without downloading the app
