UnGovr Request

Report the problems you see in your neighborhood — and watch them get fixed.

UnGovr Request is an independent app that helps you get a civic issue to the right place in under a minute. Think of it like an email app for local problems: you describe what's wrong, and UnGovr routes your request to whoever is responsible for it where you are. Snap a photo of a pothole, a broken streetlight, graffiti, an overflowing bin, or any public issue, and UnGovr figures out the right recipient and delivers your request.

INDEPENDENT — NOT A GOVERNMENT APP UnGovr is an independent platform built by UnGovr, a nonprofit. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of any city, county, or other government. UnGovr routes your requests to many different recipients — local and county agencies, and in some places land conservancies or private utilities — whoever handles the issue. You always choose what to send and where it goes.

HOW IT WORKS • Snap or describe — take a photo, or type or speak the issue • Smart issue type — UnGovr suggests the category from your photo so you don't have to guess • Pin the spot — confirm the location on a map • Review and send — check the details, then send to the right recipient

TRACK EVERY REQUEST Sign in to keep a running list of everything you've sent, with live status: submitted, in progress, and closed. See updates without digging through email.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT You can report anonymously. Your UnGovr account always stays on our side — a recipient only receives your name and email if you choose to share them. You decide, every time.

BUILT FOR EVERYONE • Report by voice — speak the issue instead of typing • "Hey Siri, report an issue" — start a report hands-free • Light, dark, and automatic appearance • Available in multiple languages

UnGovr is an independent government-transparency nonprofit. UnGovr Request is the fastest way to put it to work on your street.
