Heartline Living

Heartline Living is a family caregiving coordination app. It helps families, care captains, private caregivers, friends, and trusted helpers stay aligned by organizing shared messages, updates, photos, calendars, and to-dos in one place.

Individual users can create a private caregiving workgroup, invite trusted participants, coordinate schedules, track next steps, and keep key context together so communication stays clear and nothing gets missed.

Heartline Living does not include public or open sharing. Features include shared calendars, private calendar coordination, photo updates, video meetups, optional location-based posting, and internal notifications to support family-led caregiving.

Heartline Living is intended for personal and family caregiving coordination. It is not designed for use by healthcare providers, facilities, agencies, employers, insurers, schools, or other organizations acting in their organizational capacity. It is not a clinical system, EHR, patient portal, provider care-management platform, telemedicine service, or HIPAA business-associate service.

Heartline Living also includes modest use of Apple Intelligence, where available, to help generate concise summaries and next steps from longer threaded calendar conversations.

Subscription Information: Heartline Living offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
