POINT AND SCAN Open the app and auto-scan starts instantly. PocketScan reads QR codes, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, PDF417, Aztec, Data Matrix, ITF, and ITF-14. Scanned URLs are previewed safely before you open them, with the destination host clearly highlighted.

CREATE QR CODES FROM ANYTHING Generate a QR code from any text, URL, phone number, email address, or Wi-Fi network with a single tap. Save it to Photos or share it instantly through Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or any share extension.

STORE LOYALTY BARCODES Keep every membership and rewards barcode in one place. Scan the original barcode once, customize the cover color and title, and pull it up whenever you need to show it. The screen brightens automatically so the barcode reads cleanly.

PRODUCT LOOKUP Scan a product barcode and PocketScan looks up the product name and brand from the open Open Food Facts database. One tap opens a web search for more product information.

NOT A PAYMENT APP PocketScan does not process, store, or transmit any payment information. The app does not handle bank cards, credit cards, debit cards, money, or any financial transaction. It only stores user-scanned barcode images of non-financial items such as supermarket loyalty cards, library cards, and gym memberships.

BUILT ON APPLE FRAMEWORKS PocketScan is built entirely on Apple's own SwiftUI, SwiftData, AVFoundation, CoreImage, and StoreKit. No third-party libraries are bundled. The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for everyone.
