Each model is a supercomputer running its own simulation of the atmosphere, with slightly different starting data and slightly different math. GFS (USA), ECMWF (Europe), ICON (Germany), and the rest can disagree by 5° or more for the same hour at the same place. Apps that use a single source hide that uncertainty. Weather Source surfaces it.
