Bookcare is an online appointment booking app for every type of clinic in Vietnam - general practice, veterinary, dental, OB-GYN, dermatology, and more. Each clinic has its own Bookcare storefront; browse, view services, pick a doctor, and book a time in just a few taps.

• Quick booking - Pick a clinic, service, doctor, and time slot through a clear guided flow.

• Multi-patient profiles - One account manages multiple family members (humans and pets) with name, date of birth, blood type, medical record number, profile photo, and clinical notes.

• Deposit via Apple - Every booking carries a 5% service-fee deposit. Pay with Apple In-App Purchase. 100% refund when cancelled 4+ hours before the appointment.

• My appointments - Track status (Pending / Confirmed / Completed / Cancelled), reschedule, cancel, or open the detail view with the booking code to show at the clinic.

• Push notifications - Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Tap to jump straight to the booking detail.

• Clinic reviews - Rate visits 1–5 stars and leave a review after the appointment to help future customers.

• Built-in calendar - View appointments by day, week, or month. Save to your iOS Calendar via .ics file.

• Bilingual support - English and Vietnamese with in-app language switching, no restart needed.

FOR CLINIC OWNERS

Owners and staff can sign in to the same app for a glance dashboard: today's bookings, monthly revenue, doctor and service lists, full calendar by day / week / month. Detailed management (adding services, doctor schedules, minting API keys) stays on https://manage.bookcare.app.

PRIVACY

Bookcare stores your account, patient records, and booking history. We never share with third parties beyond the clinic you book at. You can export your full data as JSON (GDPR Article 15) and delete your account from inside the app any time.
