Designed to work as a companion app to Affiliated ComNet's cloud hosted and on-site telephone systems. Requires an active account with Affiliated ComNet on one of the supported telephone system platforms.

How It Works ClearCloud AlertDesk works in conjunction with your organization's existing emergency and operational systems — including telephone systems, access control platforms, CAD dispatch software, and other alerting infrastructure. When an event occurs, your systems notify the ClearCloud AlertDesk platform, which instantly routes push notifications to the right people based on their group memberships and site subscriptions. Your administrator manages users, groups, sites, and alert types through the ClearCloud AlertDesk web-based administration portal. No configuration is required in the app beyond logging in with the credentials provided by your administrator.
