Hand Tremor Tracker & Control

Tremor uses your device's motion sensors to measure your hand tremor in a short, 20-second test and helps you track how it changes over time.

How it works Hold your phone in your hand. After a short countdown, a 20-second recording begins. The app analyzes the sensor signal and gives you a measurement result.

Three test modes • Postural: extend your arm forward and hold it steady. • Resting: rest your hand on your knee, relaxed. • Action: hold the phone like a cup and gently move it.

Live data while measuring • Real-time waveform chart • Intensity • Dominant frequency (Hz) • Signal quality indicator

Results and detailed metrics At the end of every measurement you'll see: • 5-level classification: Minimal, Mild, Moderate, Significant, Severe • Mean, peak, and RMS amplitude (g) • Dominant frequency (Hz) • Frequency stability • Overall score

You can add a note to any measurement and share the result as an image.

History and trends • Chronological log of all measurements • 7 / 30 / 90-day time range filters • Trend chart showing changes over time • Tap into individual session detail

Clinical summary report A report screen with an objective summary of your measurements that you can share with your doctor. For the selected date range it includes a daily chart, a distribution view, and a session list, and can be shared as text. Watch app A companion watch app that runs independently, so you can take measurements right from your wrist. Data syncs between device and watch over the connectivity link.

Personalized setup On first launch you create a short profile (age range, dominant hand, family history) and complete a brief assessment quiz. Your first measurement is part of this guided flow.
