How it works

Add a habit. Give it a name, pick an icon, choose a color. That's it. You don't schedule it, you don't commit to doing it on Tuesdays, you don't promise yourself anything. You just add it to your collection.

Then, on a day when you walk, read, stretch, call your mom, or do whatever else you've been meaning to do, you tap to log it. Tap again if you did it twice. Add a note if you want to remember something about it.

See your days, your way

Look at one habit on its own, or look at everything together. Switch between daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views to see how your time has been spent. A calm calendar shows your year at a glance, with each day quietly filling in as you go.

You'll find honest stats too. Total times done. Trends over weeks and months. Which weekdays you tend to show up for yourself. Nothing dramatic, just the data.

Built for the long haul

Your habits sync across your devices through iCloud. Rename a habit and your history comes with it. Archive one you're taking a break from. Delete one you're done with and your past logs stick around anyway, because that history is yours.

When you want to look back further, export any date range as a PDF.
