House Buddy is the iPhone app you actually open on tour day. Paste any Zillow, Redfin, or Trulia listing URL and we pull in the price, beds/baths, photos, open houses, and everything else worth knowing. Drop houses onto a map, plan a day of showings, take photos and videos of every room, and ask Kasa — our on-device assistant — anything about home buying.

Everything runs on your phone. There's no House Buddy account, no analytics, no upload to a backend. Your notes, ratings, and tags sync across your own Apple devices via iCloud, and if you share a team with someone they get the houses but not your personal scratchpad.

For realtors • Unlimited client teams — share a separate dashboard with every buyer. • Branded Tour Packet PDFs with your headshot, license, and brokerage on   every page. • Client View Mode hides your private prep notes from the client device   while leaving the house itself visible. • Showing prep checklists, CSV export of any team, and bulk-paste of a whole   list of URLs. • Smart Kasa on Apple Intelligence-capable iPhones upgrades the assistant   to Apple's on-device Foundation Models — still no network, just a   smarter local model.

Privacy first • No servers. No tracking. No telemetry. • Listing data comes from public Zillow/Redfin/Trulia pages — the app   never logs into any of them. • Personal data stays on your device and syncs only between your iCloud   devices. • Team data syncs via Apple's CloudKit shares — direct device-to-device,   no House Buddy server in the middle.
