CardioTrack helps adults organize cardiovascular information for personal tracking and appointments.

TRACK AND REVIEW • Record blood pressure, heart rate, weight, symptoms, lifestyle information, medications, and laboratory results. • See records together in a chronological timeline. • Keep source labels and correction history so you can understand where each value came from and what changed. • Edit or remove records whenever you need.

DOCUMENT IMPORT • Import report photos and PDFs. • On-device text extraction checks image quality and flags blur, glare, crop, or resolution problems before processing. • Review each extracted value and open its source page before saving. • ECG imports extract only printed measurements and the source device's printed statement. CardioTrack does not interpret ECG waveforms.

MEDICATION ORGANIZATION • Search 649 medicines or add an unlisted medicine yourself. • Record doses, review their history, and undo accidental entries. • Reconcile your list before an appointment. • Review educational interaction context and linked sources. Never start, stop, or change a medicine without a qualified clinician.

CLINICIAN PACKET • Select a date range and prepare a concise clinician-facing summary. • Export printable PDF/HTML or structured FHIR data. • You decide what to include and when to share it.

APPLE HEALTH After you choose Connect Apple Health and grant permission, CardioTrack can read selected measurements. Access is read-only and optional.

PRIVACY CardioTrack is local-first. Optional account backup is off until you enable it and encrypts health records on your device with a passphrase CardioTrack does not store. Cloud OCR requires consent for each selected document. Research enrollment and data contribution are not available in this release. CardioTrack contains no advertising SDK and does not sell health data.
