When you take a progress photo, the cropped face frame is sent to our server for one analysis pass and the result is stored locally — no biometric face ID, no facial recognition, no third-party sharing. Anonymous product analytics only (you can opt out). Photos sync via your private iCloud Photos library, never through our servers.
