SunCoach is a nutrition coach in your pocket. Snap a photo, say what you ate or scan a barcode, and the AI works out calories and macros in seconds. Use it on your own, or link up with your nutrition coach. Works on your phone, your tablet and in a browser.

LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS • Photo: the AI estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre and sugar. On a mixed plate, it marks which food each number came from. • Voice or text: just describe what you ate. • Barcode: the product's own printed nutrition values, no guessing. • Nutrition labels: read straight off the pack. • Again: the meals you eat most and the ingredients you cook with, one tap away. • No signal? Log anyway. Everything syncs when you're back online.

COACH AI • Ask about a meal or your day, and get answers grounded in your own meals, targets and training. • Call Coach AI and talk it through out loud. • Pick how direct it is, from gentle to demanding.

CHECK IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT Point the camera at a product, a label or a plate. Food Check scores how well it fits your goal, rates the food's quality on its own, and explains every ingredient. It reads the ingredients on shampoo, creams and toothpaste too.

TARGETS AND MEAL PLANS • Calorie and macro targets worked out for your body, activity and goal. • Meal plans built around those targets, with a grocery list. • Training-aware: tell the app a workout is coming, and your next meal's advice takes it into account.
