Before you post, check your photos and videos one more time. Social Media Privacy Checker is an on-device app for reviewing privacy risks that are easy to miss before posting, such as exposed faces, addresses, vehicle license plates, audio and metadata.

The app makes those pre-posting worries visible with numbered warning boxes and a clear results list.

Main checks

• Possible faces, people and masked faces

Detected items can be reviewed as numbered rectangles on the preview and in the results list. For each item, you can choose actions such as blur, mosaic, black fill, stamp, remove audio or remove metadata, then check the processed look before exporting.

For photos, simple pre-post editing such as rotate and crop is supported. You can also select multiple images and review or process them one by one with horizontal swiping.

For videos, detected regions can be checked together with the timeline. Moving targets such as faces and license plates are tracked over time, and the app exports a copy with the processing burned in.

Exporting is not just a visual trick. Selected blur, mosaic, black fill and stamps are applied to real pixels and video frames, and audio or metadata can be removed when needed.
