ORIGIN x CURRENT cross-search Set your origin and current location independently. "Korean living in Japan", "Japanese in Korea", and other bidirectional setups are all supported.

DO NOT ADD list (our differentiator) The unique feature of umami. We explicitly call out ingredients that local cooks habitually add but the authentic origin recipe never includes (sugar in Mapo Tofu, milk in Shukmeruli, etc.) — the things that quietly push your dish away from the real flavor.
