Create folders to group related memos, and jot down any mix of numbers and text inside each memo. MemoSum automatically detects every number and shows a running subtotal — positive values in blue, negative in red — so your totals are always visible at a glance.

• Folders & Memos — Organize your calculations into folders. Each folder shows a combined total of all its memos.

• Include / Exclude Toggle — Not every number should count. Flip the toggle on any memo to exclude it from the folder total without deleting it. Perfect for comparing scenarios or setting items aside temporarily.

• Live Subtotals — Every memo calculates its own subtotal in real time. Positive numbers are highlighted in blue, negative in red.

• Folder Summary — See included and excluded totals side by side, so you always know exactly what's being counted.
