EaseWake fixes that. Instead of stacking individual alarms in Apple Clock, you build one Nudge Chain — gentle alarms before your main wake, safety nets after, all configured once when you're awake and rational.

Then your schedule changes. Move the main wake to 7:00, and the whole chain shifts with it automatically. No rebuilding. No resetting individual alarms. No math at 11 PM.

There is no snooze button. By design. The chain IS the snooze replacement — pre-committed by rational-you, not negotiated by half-asleep-you at 6:32 AM.
