• Capture audio with a single tap, or upload an existing recording (m4a, wav, mp3). • Get a clean transcript with speaker labels, time-stamped phrases, and word-level timing — powered by Azure AI Speech Fast Transcription. • Receive a structured Markdown summary with Executive Summary, Key Discussion Points, Action Items, and Next Steps — powered by your own Microsoft Foundry (Azure OpenAI) deployment. • Review every past session in History; star, search, and export whenever you like.

BUILT FOR REAL MEETINGS

• Diarization detects who said what, up to your configured speaker cap (1–36 participants). • Choose your meeting style — Meeting, Interview, Lecture, Brainstorm, or 1:1 — and the summary adapts its structure to match. • Multilingual: English, Mandarin (Simplified), Cantonese (Traditional), or Auto-detect. For Cantonese audio, the summary is rendered in Traditional Chinese automatically.

PRIVACY-FIRST, BRING-YOUR-OWN AZURE

• RecordWise2 is a client-only app. There is NO middle-tier server. our audio is sent directly from your device to your own Azure resources over HTTPS. • Your Azure AI Speech key, Microsoft Foundry / Azure OpenAI key, ndpoints, and deployment name live only on your device. • No analytics, no tracking, no ads.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An Azure subscription with an Azure AI Speech resource (Standard S0). • A Microsoft Foundry / Azure OpenAI resource with a chat-completions deployment (GPT-5 family recommended). Both are pay-as-you-go on Microsoft Azure — RecordWise2 itself has no usage fees. • In-app setup links take you to the official Microsoft Learn guides.
