MJ Actuary is a scorekeeper for Hong Kong-style Taiwan Mahjong and Running Horse. It does not play the game — it settles it. Record who won, from whom, and for how much, and every payment is worked out for you.

RUNNING HORSE (跑馬仔) No hand patterns and no fan — every action carries a fixed value you set. Self-draw, concealed kong, added kong, exposed kong. Up to eight horses (獎馬) on a self-draw, each one adding another full self-draw. The winner takes the next deal; a drawn hand keeps it.
