The platform enables workflow management, lead organization, digital agreement coordination, consent-based information sharing, operational tracking, and partner-level coordination between independent users and external service providers.

DMDeals acts solely as a technology facilitator and aggregation platform.

DMDeals does not:

• Provide loans
• Act as a bank, NBFC, or financial institution
• Underwrite borrowers
• Approve or reject loan applications
• Disburse or collect funds
• Participate in lender-side credit decision making
• Guarantee financial outcomes or approvals

Any financial products, lender-side evaluations, approvals, underwriting, and disbursements are independently handled outside the platform by third-party financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, loan distributors, or independent entities.
